AFKA Scotland launched a free online Toolkit to support and develop practice in permanence transitions and to help children and young people stay connected with people important to them during transitions and beyond. This Community of Practice is of interest to practitioners and managers who are supporting children with a plan for permanence. There will be opportunity to hear from practitioners who have delivered the toolkit as well as share practice in using the toolkit. There will also be space to share practice experience and developments in this area.
This is an online forum which meets four times per year.
