Cancellation Policy
In the case where you must cancel your registration in advance of a training event, you are entitled to a fee refund as follows:
- After receipt of written confirmation of place allocated: 75% fee refund
- Cancellation between two and four weeks prior to the date: 50% fee refund
- Cancellation between one and two weeks prior to the date: 25% fee refund
- Cancellation within one week of the date: no refund
