Court decisions in adoption and permanence cases
This new workshop will explore the decisions of Scottish, UK and International courts around adoption, permanence and child protection.
How statute is interpreted and applied in specific circumstances helps us to understand the nuances of this rich and important area of the law. It will provide practitioners with a valuable and easily accessible resource on which to draw when preparing for and appearing in court.
The workshop will be led by Rhona Pollock, Legal Consultant with AFKA and KCASS who has 30 years’ experience in childcare law.
