Children’s Rights: Our Responsibilities
The UNCRC (Incorporation) (Scotland) Act 2024; Children (Care and Justice) Act 2024; Children (Scotland) Act 2020 and The Promise all put children’s rights front and centre in our work.
This Conference will examine the implications of the legislation on practice and policy. Importantly, it will ready us for the challenge set down of keeping the experiences, views and best interests of children at the heart of what we do.
Our speakers will share with us their expertise and insight so that we are ready and able to meet our responsibilities and continue to deliver on The Promise.
