Throughout June 2024, AFKA Scotland undertook focus groups with kinship carers and kinship practitioners from across Scotland to find out more about the challenges of caring for kin in a digital world and how supports might be improved for kinship carers.
On 21st August between 10.00am and 12.30pm, the University of Edinburgh will host a workshop with stakeholders to share the emerging findings from this project, and generate ideas for how support and guidance concerning digital parenting for kinship carers can be further developed.
