OFFICIAL REPORT LAUNCH FOR THE PROCESS EVALUATION OF SIBLINGS REUNITED (STAR)

Nurturing lifelong, loving relationships between brothers and sisters and those with sibling-like relationships is a core aspect of The Promise. The Community of Practice for Siblings is a welcoming network of connection and collaboration for those who are passionate about this agenda across Scotland.

Siblings Reunited and AFKA Scotland look forward to welcoming the Community of Practice to STAR on 25th June from 10.30am to 3.30pm to celebrate the launch of AFKA’s report on the Process Evaluation of STAR. This will be a day of sharing and learning where we will hear about how STAR supports sibling relationships with an emphasis on the natural environment, the role of volunteers, and supporting relationships between caregivers. We will also hear from other projects around Scotland supporting sibling relationships in new ways. There will be updates from across Community activity.

A veggie and vegan soup lunch will be provided. If you have any particular additional dietary requirements, please bring your own provisions. There will be cake! Arrangements for a Go-Flexi bus pick-up from local train stations can be made by contacting mark.hardy@afkascotland.org The registration link can be found here. You do not have to have attended a previous Community of Practice to attend and get involved. Please circulate this to your networks.
