These online sessions will support newly qualified social workers and those newer to Children and Families social work to evidence learning in their supported year and to develop their knowledge of Social Work Practice and the legislative and policy landscape in which they undertake their duties. Social Workers will be evidence informed by information on the professional and academic research that underpins our work and including the voice of care experience.  They will look at the complexities faced by Social Workers in their roles and help them to explore supportive solutions in the context of relationship-based practice.
