NATIONAL ALLOWANCE FOR FOSTER AND KINSHIP CARERS
AFKA is delighted to share the news released by Scottish Government today that the National Allowance for Foster and Kinship Carers has now been agreed. This will ensure that Carers across Scotland will receive the same minimum allowance no matter where they live and we hope for those receiving an increase will make a difference for children and young people….

AFKA Scotland is currently recruiting for the position of part time Trainer Consultant. We particularly welcome applications from people with personal as well as professional experience of providing or receiving care.
